EXCHANGE POLICY:


WE MAKE CHANGES ONLY FOR US ORDERS.

YOU HAVE 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE ITEM TO EXCHANGE OR REQUEST CREDIT IN STORE OF ELIGIBLE ITEMS (NO EXCEPTIONS)

I WANT TO EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER MODEL

You can exchange it if you are within the United States.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE CLOTHES BACK WITHOUT REQUESTING THE CHANGE BEFORE OUR EMAIL.

If it is within 7 business days after receipt of the article, please send an email to: info@theapothecaryfl.com and request a change of model

CAN I RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT?

Yes, Expect to receive an eGift Card by email within 3-6 business days after your return is delivered to our store

We appreciate your patience as we work quickly to resolve our processing and staffing needs.

Store credit is automatically calculated to reflect discounts and taxes at the time of purchase.

Store credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be classified, inspected and processed.

The cost of the return is borne by the customer.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the damaged item so that we can rectify it.

Email us at info@theapothecaryfl.com and we will rectify it immediately.


WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE RETURNS TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.

We hope this encourages you to take your time selecting your purchases and please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about size or style.

Store credit never expires. We get new styles monthly and look forward to helping you find something new if your purchase doesn't work out!



ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS

We only offer a model or design changes and STORE CREDIT for returns. We do not issue refunds to your payment method.
Shipments for changes in design or size are charged to the buyer's account.
The amount of your store credit is only for the items you purchased and does not include shipping.
Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Clothing must be unworn and free of scratches or marks.
Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. That is, you cannot apply for store credit before we have issued it to you.
FINAL SALE and SALE items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please allow 3-6 business days for return processing.
Once your return or exchange is processed, we will email you your new order or an electronic gift card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
Store credit does not expire
We do not cover return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please notify us between 3 days upon receiving your items. 


Refunds
We do not offer any refunds for any products that are sold.
